Abstract:

During RAN#59 (Vienna), the study item titled “Expansion of LTE_FDD_1670_US to include 1670-1680 MHz Band for LTE in the US†was approved. The downlink spectrum covered by this study item is 1670 to 1680 MHz, and the uplink band coincides with band 24 UL from 1626.5 to 1660.5 MHz. This TP clarifies some ambiguities and makes some corrections in the technical report of this SI, TR 36.844 as related to eNB specifications.
