In recent RAN meetings, there were some discussions on the regulatory aspects of using LTE UL spectrum for flexible duplex, i.e., network sends DL traffic to UEs via UL spectrum. This contribution provides some observations and discussions on Korean regulations related to the flexible duplex operations.
